The Evolving Brand Package

Pain points: Neighborhood pet sitter Emily began to notice a rise in business. Due to budget constraints, she focused her marketing efforts on Facebook and Instagram. However, she was keenly aware of the need for a distinct visual identity that would make her stand out among the competition. Emily understood that her brand must exude trustworthiness and fun, creating a comforting space where pet owners feel grateful, knowing their furry companions are receiving excellent care.

Design solution: After a thorough analysis of her competitors to create a standout brand strategy, I chose to create a distinctive wordmark that could function independently yet capture the fun nature of pet sitting. Additionally, I designed a complementary logo mark that can be used optionally, adding versatility to her brand identity and playful illustrations to her promotional pieces. These elements, featuring shades of blues and greens, collectively resonate with trust. As a result, Paws of Gratitude now shines brighter among its competitors and is prepared to achieve Emily's ambitious goal of expanding services to shelter dogs, promoting them to all her clients, and even tackling a foster care program.
